Summer Cup 2025 (U8-U12s Girls)

The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation Summer Cup returns for 2024!

This year’s cup will again see teams take part in 5-a-side, 7-a-side & 9-a-side formats. A total of 30 teams will take part across the day, with registration spots taken on a first come, first served basis.

Games will be played on quality grass and 3G pitches at The Nest, the Foundation’s state-of-the-art community hub on the outskirts of Norwich. 

Our Under 8s Summer Cup is a non-competitive event and results will not be published. All players taking part will receive a participation medal.

At the Under 9 to Under 12 age groups there will be a randomly selected first group stage, followed by a knockout stage consisting of semi-finals and final.

Girls Summer Cup 2025

Date: Sunday 20th July 2025

Format:

U8: 5-a-side (max squad of 8 players) 

(Players must be born between 01/09/2017 - 31/08/2019)

U9: 5-a-side (max squad of 8 players)

(Players must be born between 01/09/2016 - 31/08/2018)

U10: 7-a-side (max squad of 10 players)

(Players must be born between 01/09/2015 - 31/08/2017)

U11: 7-a-side (max squad of 10 players)

(Players must be born between 01/09/2014 - 31/08/2016)

U12: 9-a-side (max squad of 12 players)

(Players must be born between 01/09/2013 - 31/08/2015)

Age groups: Teams are welcome as per 2025-26 season age banding
