Race Ready - Run Norwich 2025

Got a place at Run Norwich 2025? Taking on your first 10k? Pushing to get your time under an hour? This session has been put together with you in mind.

Participants can benefit from a 10-week programme with expert coaching advice from former Olympian Paul Evans, starting Thursday 26th June and ending the week prior to the race (dates below).

Taking place Thursday's at The Nest in Norwich from 6pm-7pm. First week we advise arriving at 5:45pm (where possible) to get signed in and introduced. Participants can benefit from the excellent facilities at the Nest, the cafe in the hub will be open before, during and after the sessions.

We host an all year round Run Norwich Training Group which we hope you want to join off the back of this. There are limited spaces so this will be on a first come first serve basis, last years Race Ready group sold out in 24hours.
