CSF Coaches Club - Young Leaders Camp

The Young Leaders Camp, part of the Foundation’s Coaches Club, will give 12-16 year olds their first insight into coaching and teaching. The camp will develop participants’ skills and knowledge in coaching, based on the Foundation’s delivery philosophy and coaching fundamentals.

This unique five day camp, based at The Nest, will be the first step on their coaching journey and will consist of:

• Practical and theory workshops
• Guest speakers
• Opportunities to plan and deliver practical coaching sessions to CSF participants
• Personal development, including communication, confidence and leadership
• Graduation ceremony and special achievement awards
