All students on the scholarship will have the opportunity to

• Train a minimum of 6 hours a week. Sessions are delivered by our UEFA qualified coaches working on a number of topics alongside individual training plans for all students to help improve them both on and off the pitch.
• Represent Norwich City FC RDP in a range of national competitions.
• Study their choice of IB Programme, IB Careers Programme or Extended Diploma BTEC.
• Travel on foreign tours and residential training camps.
• Gain coaching opportunities within our Junior Coaches Club. Here you will gain the opportunity to gain coaching experience, qualifications and employment with Norwich City RDP.
• Take part in our enrichment programme, including workshops and guest speakers on issues within society, employment opportunities and life skills, to ensure they develop as people not just footballers.
• Progress into the professional and semi-professional game, employment, university, American scholarships and a route onto our Norwich City RDP coaching apprenticeship programme.
