Summer Cup 2022 (U7s)

The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation Summer Cup returns for 2022 in a revamped format!

This year’s Cup will see teams take part in their age group format (U7s and U8s playing 5v5, U9s and U10s playing 7v7 and U11s and U12s playing 9v9). A total of seventy two teams will take part across the two days, with a cap of 12 teams per age banding, with registration spots taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Games will be played on quality grass and 3G pitches at The Nest, the Foundation’s new state-of-the-art community hub on the outskirts of Norwich, with tournaments following two group stages. A randomly selected first group stage, followed by a second group stage based on seeding and results to provide competitive and enjoyable fixtures for all.

Format: 5-a-side (max squad of 8 players)

Age groups: U'7s teams welcome as per 2022-23 season age banding (players must be born between 01/09/15 - 31/08/17)
