Run For Me

Run For Me is a new community running group, which focuses on supporting its participants' mental health and wellbeing through free weekly coaching sessions.

The group meet twice a week in Norwich for a 60-minute running session led by a qualified running coach. This will be followed by a social session.

Coach Dudley Garner: "As somebody who has mental health issues as a result of brain injury I am a huge advocate for talking about and sharing experiences to support and raise awareness of mental health problems and in turn reduce the stigma."
