Run For Me (Carrow Park) Wednesdays - January - March 2025
Run For Me is a community running group, which focuses on supporting its participants' mental health and wellbeing through free weekly coaching sessions.
This session is focused around an hour of running, followed by an hours social session with tea/coffee.
The 11 week block dates are as follows:
