Run For Me (Carrow Park) Wednesdays - April - July 2025

Run For Me is a community running group led by Izzy McQuillin, which focuses on supporting its participants' mental health and wellbeing through free weekly coaching sessions.

This session is focused around an hour of running, followed by an hours social session with tea/coffee.
